1. Services
BrissyFix provides card restoration services for trading cards including but not limited to Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, and other TCG cards. Our services include cleaning, edge flattening, crease removal, and full restoration as described on our website.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, BrissyFix does not guarantee any specific grade improvement from grading companies (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.). The final grade is determined solely by the grading company and is outside our control. Results may vary based on the card's condition and other factors.
3. Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for shipping their cards to BrissyFix. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping. BrissyFix is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to our facility. Return shipping costs and insurance are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Liability
While we take utmost care with every card, BrissyFix's liability for any damage during the restoration process is limited to the declared value of the card at the time of submission. We recommend customers provide accurate valuations and consider additional insurance for high-value cards.
5. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines and may vary based on current workload and complexity of restoration. BrissyFix will communicate any significant delays to customers promptly.
6. Payment
Payment is required before restoration work begins. Quotes provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices may be adjusted if the card's condition differs significantly from the images provided in the inquiry.
7. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before work begins for a full refund. Once restoration work has commenced, cancellation may result in partial charges based on work completed.
8. Changes to Terms
BrissyFix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
